 BC Ringette is home to nearly 3000 members province-wide including players, coaches, officials, managers and other volunteers.
We offer the opportunity to participate in one of Canada's heritage sports in many different levels and age divisions.

Beginner and recreational teams to highly competitive, high performance programs including National Championships & Canada Winter Games. BC Ringette programs are available on the ice and in the gym for children, youth and adults.

2015 TEAM BC Canada Winter Games Coaching Applications
Now Being Accepted

BC Ringette is pleased to announce that the selection process for the positions of Head Coach and Assistant Coach for it's 2015 Canada Winter Games Program is underway.
 

Deadline for submission is JUNE 10, 2013 (9AM). Successful candidates will be notified shortly after the deadline for the next stage of interviews.

 

1st round interviews will begin Saturday 15th June. If required, Sunday 16th June.

 

TEAM BC TEAM STAFF WILL CONSIST OF:
  1 Head Coach 2 Assistant Coaches

  • (Head Coach requires complete Level 3 or completed COMP DEV)
  • (Assistant Coaches require COMP DEV trained) 
  • All coaches require supplemental multisport courses via COACHES BC

 

At a minimum, evaluation camps will commence the 3rd weekend of August 2013 with the expectation of hosting one in Prince George, TORL, and the Lower Mainland.

 

Canada Games Technical Package Highlights:

During the 2015 Games, All Coaching staff will be required to stay in the Athlete Village during the games.

 

Canada Games rules do not allow team staff to practice as therapists, physicians or other medical or paramedical practitioners. The Host Society (organizing committee) is responsible for providing high quality medical care at a central clinic at the Athletes' Village and at competition and training venues.

TEAM BC WINS U16 NATIONAL GOLD!


Team BC U16 did what no other U16(Junior) team from British Columbia has ever been able to do at the Canadian Ringette Championship, capture gold! In the event's long history, BC's U16 teams came close with multiple silver finishes but this year's squad sets the benchmark by finishing in top spot at the week long event.

Three players from the team were also recognized individually with selections to both first and second all-star teams:
Tiana Ollive (Fraser Valley) - 1st All-Star
Arisa Cadeau (Delta) - 1st All-Star
Sarah McDonald (Fraser Valley) - 2nd All-Star
