BC Ringette is please to announce Kurt Logan as the Head Coach for the BC Reign, for the 2008-2009 season. The BC REIGN will compete in the NRL as one of possibly 8 teams in the western division. The objective of this league is to move Ringette into the mainstream of Canadian sports while encouraging greater public awareness. It will also create more competitive opportunities for its athletes.
BCRA is committed to providing organizational support for the team as they embark on a new season, and is responsible for organizing and operating the REIGN for the 2008-09 season. The team must play 20-24 league games and is scheduled to attend tournaments both within and out of the province. The team may also participate in several showcase games that will likely be held in conjunction with local tournaments in various associations throughout the province.
