Commitment to Attend Form

Western Canadian Championships (Junior A & Belle A)

Teams committing to go to the Western Canadian Championships must submit their commitment to attend forms along with a $250.00 deposit to BCRA by November 30th of the current playing season.

BC Provincial Championships (Petite to Open C, B, A)

Teams committing to go to the BC Provincial Championships must submit their commitment to attend forms to BCRA by January 7th of the current playing season. Should a team not be able to fulfill their commitment to attend Provincials, BCRA must be notified in writing by January 31. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 1.5 times the amount of the entry fee for each unfulfilled entry.

BC Provincial AA Championships (Tween to Open AA)

Teams committing to go to the BC Provincial AA Championships must submit their commitment to attend forms to BCRA by January 7th of the current playing season. Should a team not be able to fulfill their commitment to attend Provincials, BCRA must be notified in writing by January 31. Failure to do so will result in a fine of 1.5 times the amount of the entry fee for each unfulfilled entry.
