Gym Ringette - A Free Event

The BC Ringette Association would like to introduce your school class to the sport of Ringette for FREE, in your own gym. Available for any students of any age, you get a break while our instructors give your class a new experience and a lot of exercise!
During your gym ringette session our instructors will take over your class, showing a ten minute ringette video (see it below!), explaining the basic rules of the sport, demonstrating and teaching the basic skills, and leading your class through a game of gym ringette. Following the presentation students will be provided with information on how they can learn to play ringette in their area, and the school will receive a free copy of the CAHPERD Gym Ringette program. We provide the equipment, you provide the gym, we all create the fun!
